Annette trained originally at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, followed by a post graduate MT course at Mountview Theatre School. Her long musical theatre career includes some of the following credits:

West End Theatre: Original cast of Love Never Dies (Adelphi Theatre); Madame Giry in The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty’s Theatre); original cast of MAMMA MIA! (Prince Edward Theatre) as alternate Donna; original cast of Passion (Queen’s Theatre) as Adriana and the original cast of the award-winning City Of Angels (Prince Of Wales Theatre) in the Angel City Four Quartet. Also Kiss Me Kate (Victoria Palace Theatre), where she took over the role of Kate, and Factory Girl/Fantine in Les Miserables (Palace Theatre).
